Licensed Conveyancer / Property Solicitor
As a Conveyancer in the Residential Team, you will reporting to the Head of Department. Responsibilities of this role include ensuring high performing workstreams and running a manageable caseload of matters with robust support. The successful candidate will be expected to balance commercial considerations with risks, offering balanced and bespoke advice whilst offering excellent communication and organisational skills at all levels. A minimum two years PQE as a Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer are essential, along with an extensive background in conveyancing. Legal Cashier
We are currently recruiting for an ambitious Legal Cashier/Accounts Assistant to join our busy accounts department. Reporting directly to our Head of Finance, the role has an all round operational accounts focus, primarily handling all aspects of legal cashier work. Duties will include undertaking daily banking functions including bank reconciliations, the administration and reconciliation of petty cash, the processing of client and office accounting transactions including postings, the processing of bank transfers, some financial management reporting, preparatory work for the annual accounts, VAT administration and returns, processing of large value and often urgent payments, ensuring Fee Earners comply with protocols and policies when dealing with accounts, Investigating unidentified funds and more. Accounts experience is essential and legal accounting experience would be advantageous, but not crucial. In return, you will receive a lucrative package including a very heathy salary and holiday allowance.
